[HOT JOB] SALES MANAGER (BFSI | INTERNATIONAL MARKET)

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Team Management & Development

  • Take in charge of overall revenue performance (Direct Sales & Channel Sales).
  • Directly lead and close:
    • Large-scale deals
    • Strategic and key enterprise accounts. Focus on customers within banking, financial institutions, and large enterprises.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Work closely with Presales, Solution Architects, Technical, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure solution fit and deal success.

B. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Take in charge of overall revenue performance (Direct Sales & Channel Sales).
  • Directly lead and close:
    • Large-scale deals
    • Strategic and key enterprise accounts. Focus on customers within banking, financial institutions, and large enterprises.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.

Work closely with Presales, Solution Architects, Technical, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure solution fit and deal success

C. Channel & Partnership Management

  • Build and expand partnerships with System Integrators, Consulting firms, technology partners and distributors.
  • Develop and manage both domestic and international partnerships.
  • Lead partner negotiations, joint go-to-market strategies, and revenue-sharing models.

Manage channel pipeline and ensure sustainable partner-driven revenue growth

D. Strategy & International Market Development

  • Collaborate with Executive Management on:
    • International market expansion strategies
    • Global product and solution positioning
  • Conduct analysis on:
    • BFSI, large enterprises, MNO/MSP/Telco markets
    • Competitive landscape
    • Technology trends and regulatory environments
  • Contribute to mid- and long-term business planning and global market strategy

E. Working with Board of Directors / Board of Management

  • Participate in strategic discussions with the Board of Directors and Board of Management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on strategic partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities.
  • Deliver periodic reports on revenue performance, pipeline status, growth opportunities, and business risks.

Qualifications:

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, including:
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Team Lead
    • Managing sales teams of 5 or more members
  • Industry experience in:
    • BFSI / FinTech / Technology / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Solutions
  • Experience working in international companies or multinational environments is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close large and complex deals.
  • Proven experience in pitching solutions to C-level executives.
  • Ability to perform effectively in:
    • Multicultural environments
    • High-pressure, revenue-driven settings

Language

  • Fluent English communication skills, including: Business communication, Solution presentation and pitching, Working with international clients and partners
