Position: Internal Communications Officer (Strong in Content)

Your Responsibilities:
1. Internal Communications – 60%
- Plan and implement regular internal communication activities: internal newsletters, email announcements, birthday celebrations, new employee welcomes, internal events, etc.
- Write and produce communication content related to corporate culture, core values, and internal engagement programs.
- Support the organization of internal events such as Year-End Party, Company Birthday, Team Building, Workshops, etc.
- Connect departments, maintain a positive working atmosphere, and inspire employees.
2. Content Marketing – 40%
- Plan and execute content for the company’s communication channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, etc.).
- Write PR articles and promotional content for branding, products/services in specific campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing/Design team to develop creative communication materials aligned with brand identity.
- Participate in building the Employer Branding strategy.
Qualifications and Experience We Expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Human Resources, or related fields.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Pleasant appearance, dynamic personality, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing skills with a flexible tone: from professional and formal to creative and witty.
- Strong time management, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in event organization or internal communications at tech companies/startups.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, AI tools, etc.
- English reading comprehension equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher.
