Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and establishing contact with potential resellers, distributors, system integrators, and value-added partners aligned with the company’s product strategy and target markets for both Vietnam domestic and regional markets
- Build, maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring partner rights and obligations are fulfilled after onboarding, while tracking performance via KPIs and regular evaluations.
- Map and expand partner coverage across assigned regional territory – SEA / ASEAN.
- Develop partner GTM plans for domestic and regional partners.
- Conducting quarterly/bi-annual business plan status meetings with partners as per cooperated fields/solutions
- Drive sales through direct and indirect channels and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical/presales/marketing teams to prepare product materials, conduct demos, and deliver solution presentations to partners and customers.
- Collect and report market insights, competitor information, and partner feedback to propose improvements in products and partnership policies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize partner-focused events, webinars, and product training sessions.
- Provide regular business reports, update sales opportunities, and support in resolving partner-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in technology product sales, partner/channel development, or business development within Vietnam and regional markets
- Exposure to international business or working with partners/customers outside of Vietnam.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under sales pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office, Canva/Powerpoint and preferably familiar with CRM software.
- Able to read and understand technical documentation in English and communicate fluently in spoken English (preferably IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 750+).
- Comfortable and experienced with conducting presentations both internally and externally to partners and customers.
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments.
