BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CHANNEL SALES EXECUTIVE (BFSI / Technology)

Key Responsibilities: 

A. Business Development (B2B Direct Sales)

  • Develop and manage enterprise customers in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, and Enterprise sectors.
  • Proactively identify, approach, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Present and sell technology solutions, including: Secure Payment, Open Banking/Open Finance, Cyber Security, IAM/CIAM, Fraud Prevention & Risk Management, PKI, Paperless, Digital Trust, MFA/FIDO2, etc.
  • Work closely with Presales / Technical teams to:
    • Prepare proposals and respond to RFP/RFI
    • Conduct product demos and Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle: Lead → Opportunity → Proposal → Negotiation → Contract signing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.

B. Channel Sales & Partnership

  • Develop and manage channel partners, including:
    System Integrators (SI), Distributors, IT Services/Consulting firms, FinTech & Technology partners.
  • Enable partners through training, pitching, positioning, and joint go-to-market activities.
  • Track channel sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and support partners in deal execution and closure.
  • Manage channel policies and agreements:
    • Channel agreements
    • Commission and revenue-sharing models

C. Market & Reporting

  • Analyze the BFSI market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Propose sales strategies, target accounts, and channel priorities.
  • Maintain and report sales pipeline, revenue, and KPI performance via CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales roles.
  • Proven experience selling IT solutions, software, SaaS, security, FinTech, or enterprise solutions.
  • Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or large enterprises is a strong advantage.
  • Strong skills in:
  • B2B sales and pipeline management
  • Negotiation and deal closing
  • Partner and channel management
  • Ability to pitch and communicate in English with local and international clients.
  • Capable of working independently and collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Presales, Technical, Legal).
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
